Both embroidery and printing produce great results — they just suit different garments and purposes.
Embroidery stitches your logo directly into the fabric. It looks premium, lasts wash after wash and is ideal for polo shirts, fleeces, jackets and any smart workwear where quality matters. It’s what most businesses choose for their main uniform items.
Printing (including heat transfer vinyl and full-colour print) is perfect for t-shirts, hoodies and hi-vis where you want a large, detailed or multi-colour design. It’s also great for one-off items or where embroidery isn’t practical.

Workwear questions answered
No minimum — you can order as few or as many items as you need. Whether you need one embroidered polo shirt for a new staff member or a hundred hi-vis jackets for a full site team, we'll treat your order with the same care and attention.
Most workwear orders are ready within 10–15 working days from the point we have your approved artwork and payment. More complex orders or larger quantities may take a little longer — we'll always give you an accurate lead time when you enquire. If you have an urgent deadline, just let us know and we'll do our best.
For most workwear — polo shirts, fleeces, jackets and softshells — embroidery is the best choice. It looks professional, feels premium and lasts the life of the garment. For t-shirts, hi-vis and items where you want a large or detailed design, printing is often more suitable. If you're not sure, just get in touch and we'll advise you based on what you need.
To get a quote we just need to know what garments you're interested in, roughly how many, and what you'd like on them. To place an order we'll need your logo in vector format (AI, EPS or SVG) — if you only have a JPEG or PNG we can convert it for a one-off fee of £15. For embroidery we also need to digitise your logo, which is another one-off £15 charge.
