Host FAQs
There is an initial admin charge of £25 to set up a shop page. If you require support in designing logos or artwork there will also be an additional fee depending on what is involved. For a simple logo design this is approx. £25.
Once we know what ranges you want to stock in your shop, we can give you a firm cost. Then it is up to you how much you would like to make per item. It may be that you don’t need to make any profit on your clothing, or you would like to make 10% or £1 per item, it really is up to you, but we can help with this.
If you are not completely happy with your shop, please contact us and we can discuss any issues you may be having. If you do not want us to host your shop anymore, we will be happy to close this at no cost.
Postage is calculated at checkout for individual purchases. If you are local we can arrange for these to be dopped off or you can pick them up from us. Alternatively to save on postage for things like dance show T shirts, or holiday club T shirts, you can ask all your clients to order on our shop, once all orders have been made we will make the items and post them to your base in one box significantly reducing postage for you clients.
As all our items are hand printed to order and generally personalised, we do not accept any returns. Please ensure you have checked the size guides before ordering and double check your order before making payment. If any items are faulty or damaged, we will of course replace these, like for like with a new item. Your clients can send them back to us directly.
