Because we hold trade accounts with Roch Valley, Bloch, Silky Dance and Capezio, we can stock branded dancewear in your shop alongside your custom clothing. We can even organise your shop by class — so a parent of a Grade 3 ballet student sees exactly the right leotard, shoes and tights for that class, in the right colours. No confusion, no wrong purchases, happy teachers.
And every month, 10% of everything sold through your shop gets paid directly into your bank account. No invoicing, no chasing — it just lands.

What we’ll need from you
To get your shop set up quickly and looking great, here’s what we’ll ask you to send us:
• Your logo in vector format (AI, EPS or SVG). If you only have a JPEG or PNG, we can convert it for a one-off fee of £15.
• A list of all the products you’d like to stock — custom merchandise, dancewear brands, or both.
• Logo placement for each item — for example: small logo on the front left breast, large logo on the rear.
• Personalisation details if required — whether you want name or initials, font style, text colour, size and whether to use capitals or sentence case.
• If you’d like products organised by class — the class names, the relevant products for each class, and the correct colours and styles for your school.
• Your preferred delivery method — standard shipping to parents, or local collection from our Worksop workshop (local schools only).
• Payment of the one-off setup fee of £50+VAT.
Once we have everything above, your shop will be live within 10 working days. We’ll send you a preview to approve before it goes live.

Every teacher knows the problem. A parent buys the wrong leotard, the wrong shade of pink tights, or shoes that aren’t right for their child’s class. Then comes the awkward conversation.
We solve this by organising your shop by class. A parent of a Grade 3 RAD ballet student sees only the products approved for that class — the right Roch Valley leotard (listed as “Grade 3 Ballet Leotard” so it makes sense to them), the correct shade of tights and the right shoes. Everything matched, everything correct.

There's a one-off setup fee of £50+VAT. This covers building your branded shop page, setting up all your products and organising everything ready for parents. There are no monthly fees and no ongoing charges — just the one-off setup cost and then your shop runs for as long as you want it to.
You earn 10% commission on every sale made through your shop — custom clothing, personalised items and branded dancewear from Roch Valley, Bloch, Silky Dance and Capezio. At the end of each month we send you a full itemised breakdown of everything sold and pay your commission directly into your chosen bank account. No invoicing, no chasing — it just arrives.
Once we have everything we need from you — your artwork, product list, personalisation details and payment — your shop will be live within 10 working days. We'll send you a preview to approve before it goes live, so you can check everything looks exactly right.
If you're local to Worksop, yes. We offer a collection option where completed orders are held at our workshop for you to collect and hand out at your next class. We'll notify you when orders are ready. Please note that parents don't collect directly from us — orders are collected by the school or club owner and distributed to families.

We can even organise products by class so parents see exactly the right items for their child — the correct leotard, shoes and tights, all in one place.
No problem. We can convert your JPEG or PNG logo into a print-ready vector file for a one-off fee of £15. For embroidery, we also need to digitise your logo — again a one-off £15 charge. We'll always let you know if this is needed before we do anything, so there are no surprises.
